Driving Directions
From Springfield, Illinois
Follow I-72 west to the Pittsfield, IL Exit.
Go south on U.S. 54 to Pittsfield
At the stoplight, turn right (west) following U.S. 54
At the intersection three miles west of Pittsfield, veer left (southwest) towards Louisiana, MO., staying on U.S. 54.
Go straight at the 4-way stop at Atlas towards Louisiana, MO
After 6 miles, the speed limit drops to 45. Go one-half mile more, and turn into our driveway. (Look for the 60 foot tall lighthouse.)
From Columbia, Missouri
Go east on I-70 towards St. Louis
At Kingdom City, go left (north) towards Mexico, Missouri on U. S. 54.
Stay on U. S. 54 to Louisiana, Missouri.
Cross the Mississippi River Bridge into Illinois; you will see us on the left. (We're the only 200 acre marina there.)
From South St. Louis
Follow I-64/U.S.40/U.S.61 to Wentzville.
Take U.S. 61 North towards Troy/Hannibal.
Option 1- Take the Eolia Exit, and follow Missouri Route D to Louisiana, MO. At Louisiana, go left (north) on Missouri highway 79 to the far north end of town. Cross the Mississippi River Bridge into Illinois; you will see us on the left. (We're the only 200 acre marina there.)
Option 2- Stay on U. S. 61 to the U.S. 54 exit north of Bowling Green, MO. Exit east towards Louisiana. Cross the Mississippi River Bridge into Illinois; you will see us on the left. (We're the only 200 acre marina there.)
From St. Louis International Airport
Follow I-70 west towards Kansas City.
Go just past the "Mid-Rivers Mall" exit. Take the NEXT exit north (Missouri Highway 79), towards Elsberry/Clarksville/Louisiana.
At Louisiana, follow MO79 to the far north end of town. Cross the Mississippi River Bridge into Illinois; you will see us on the left. (We're the only 200 acre marina there.)
From Northeast Iowa and Quincy, IL
Follow U.S. 61 south to Bowling Green, MO.
Take the U.S. 54 exit north of Bowling Green, MO. Exit east towards Louisiana. Cross the Mississippi River Bridge into Illinois; you will see us on the left. (We're the only 200 acre marina there.)
Or, go/follow I-72 east towards Pittsfield, IL. Take the IL96/IL106 exit south near Hull, IL.Turn left (east) towards Kinderhook/Pittsfield. In Kinderhook, turn right (south), following IL96 towards New Canton/Rockport. At Atlas, turn right (west) at the 4-way stop, following U.S. 54 towards Louisiana, MO. After 6 miles, the speed limit drops to 45. Go one-half mile more, and turn into our driveway. (Look for the 60 foot tall lighthouse.)
Marina Information
- Docks are lettered "A" through "F" starting at the highway to the left of the picture (south), with slip numbers starting at the bank and continuing out towards the river. Odd numbered slips are on the south sides of docks, even numbers on the north.
- The fuel dock is directly in front of the Marina office building, and is NOT lettered.
- We are at Upper Mississippi Rivers Mile 283.3 on the Illinois bank, 50 feet north of the Louisiana, Missouri Highway Bridge.
- From the south, Lock and Dam #24 (Clarksville) is 9 miles. Most St. Louis Marinas are 60-70 miles away.
- From the north, Lock and Dam #22 (Saverton) is 18 miles. Hannibal is about 25 miles, and Quincy is about 45 miles.
- The Louisiana Railroad bridge has a normal clearance of 14+ feet AT POOL (11.8). Call them on Marine Channel 14 for opening.
- When entering the harbor, please observe the "No Wake" rule. DO NOT cut outside the Marina entrance buoy line. There's plenty of water between them, and only inches outside them.
